I missed the VIP party, even thought I had a VIP ticket. The others in my group of friends did not so I went later with them. Chelsea was at the VIP party; could have been around when I was there but I did not see her.
But I did ask if Chelsea wore a red dress and was told she did not. I suspect a blue one would be more in keeping with the family party.
