Replacement
In case you are keeping track at home, I was just informed that my replacement at Hugs and Kisses started today. Nothing says customer service like waiting 5 months to replace your account manager. I know I'm awesome and all but surely my shoes weren't THAT hard to fill. Nice.
Well, either you were irreplaceable, there was no need to replace you, or they were just too imcompetent/lazy to fill your vital position.
